The Event Safety Management Bristol Plan is one of the most important documents you will need for your event, it sets out clearly how your event will be safely managed and by who. The plan is organic and will continue to grow throughout the planning process and the Local (Licensing) Authority, Police, Fire and Ambulance services will wish to see it all part of the Licensing process, it will also be discussed and referenced in SAG (Safety Advisory Group) meetings (if the Local Authority run SAGs). Your public entertainment licence application will depend on this document and how you implement it.
