As well as introductory information on the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, current regulations and guidelines, the package will include the preparation of a health and safety plan and producing a bespoke company health and safety policy. This is the core document showing the company’s commitment, organisation and arrangements for implementing health and safety procedures. This will be subsequent to a benchmarking health and safety check/audit.
The package includes training in the concept and use of risk assessment, as the key process for achieving a proactive management methodology is a priority. Another key feature of the programme is that the staff of the company, at every level will be involved and expected to contribute to the overall process.
